The Inner Circle is a private, invitation-only capital network connecting qualified family offices and select institutional allocators for structured co-investment.

It was created to address the fragmentation in private markets, where brokered deal flow and syndication layers often dilute returns through unnecessary fees.

Through a family-led origination model, members introduce investment opportunities, allowing direct co-investment. Family offices share due diligence and sector expertise, and transparent, deal-by-deal economics are provided upfront. Investments are executed through our broker-dealer, ensuring institutional standards at every step.

Why was The Inner Circle created?

High-quality co-investments circulate through informal networks, banks, and brokers. Over time, this system has become increasingly fragmented and fee-heavy.

Intermediation layers dilute returns.

The Inner Circle provides disciplined, private capital formation among family offices and select institutional allocators. It is a system intentionally designed to remain intimate and aligned.

How it works

Step 1:

A member of The Inner Circle introduces an opportunity they are actively investing in.

Step 2:

A summary is shared outlining the deal, structure, and fees. All fees are fully disclosed upfront - there are no hidden layers.

Step 3:

Interested members execute an NDA.

Step 4:

The underlying company’s documents are provided via a data room. The lead family’s due diligence and sector expertise is also shared.

Step 5:

The lead family and interested member are connected.

Step 6:

When the member is ready to move forward with the investment, contracts are circulated.

Step 7:

The co-investment is executed through our ApexInvest Markets LLC broker-dealer, ensuring institutional standards at every step.
